IYE Backstay & Babystay Tensioners are designed for quick and effortless adjustment of the rig by the use of thrust roller bearings incorporated within the body. Half the wire break load can be applied in less than 25 seconds! Greasy exposed threads are eliminated by the use of a moulded bellow sleeve and the foldaway handles offer a neat solution where space is at a premium.

The quick release pelican on the babystay version closes even under load, allowing both speedy removal and attachment of the babystay. The ring keeper acts only as a fail safe.
